I don't meditate that often, but when I do I just like to sit in an indian style postition (cross-legged) and breath in and out very slowly, only consentrating on my breath. I just clear my mind and drift away into peacefulness. There are many ways of meditation and I recommend this website to help anyone that wants to learn how. www.meditationcommunity.com/

One means of meditation is where you sit on the ground and feel everything around you. Breath deeply until you have control of your breath, then actually concentrate on your body: the position your in and what your touching whether it be the ground or the wall etc. Imagine the positions of the objects around you and any presence you may feel. You get a mental picture of your surroundings and a feel of the movement in the space around you. You will be alerted to any vibe or change in the atmospere. Psychs use this method to sense spirits or entitys in a building or place, if you believe in that kind of afterlife.
